2025-2026 Team Pre-Registration
As we prepare for the 2025-2026 playing season we are asking all teams looking to participate in the league to complete the pre-registration form.
Please complete this form by June 15th. This will enable the Board to properly evaluate the recommendations from the Division Realignment Sub-Committee.
