Registration using the RAMP Portal

Team Player Registration - opens July 19

1. Log in to the RAMP Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com  (you will need to create an account if you do not have one)
2. Select “Register to a Team”
3. Enter the Team Invite Code that was emailed to you. If you did not receive an email, ask your team rep for the code, Click on Find Team
4. Choose Account Member to Register
5. Choose your role (I am a Player)
6. Read and sign all waivers, consent forms, codes of conduct, etc.
7. Fill in Payment information (credit card) as you will be paying your RO Membership and insurance fees
8. Submit your registration
9. You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email, please ask the registrar to confirm your registration

NOTES

• Registration in RAMP must be done using the Team Invite Code
• Players requiring evaluations (see section 2 of the League Rules and Regulations) can only register once they have been notified of their approved level of play

Bench Staff Registration - opens August 31

1. Using your team registration link log in to the RAMP registration portal
2. Choose Account Member (you)
3. Choose your role (I am a Staff Member)
4. Select your bench staff role
5. Fill in Payment information (credit card) as you will be paying your RO Bench Staff Membership fee only, unless you are a non-playing bench staff. Non-playing bench staff will also be required to pay insurance
6. Submit your registration
7. You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email, please ask the registrar to confirm your registration

Affiliate Player (Spare) registration - Opens September 4

The registration process for affiliates is new this season.  

If you are new to GAARA or have not played in the GAARA league for the previous three playing seasons you must complete a Player Evaluation Form, which gets submitted to the GAARA Player Evaluation Committee and wait for your skill level eligibility determination prior to completing the Affiliate Player Application Form.

It is imperative that you complete the following steps below in the order listed:

1. Complete the Affiliate Player Application Form only after your skill level eligibility has been confirmed by the Player Evaluation Committee. If you played in 22-23 or 23-24 enter April 30 2024 as your PEC evaluation date in the form.
2. Upon confirmation of acceptance at the requested level - remit GAARA Affiliate Player Fee to the Treasurer ($45)
   • Payment is by eTransfer to treasurer@gaara.ca. For alternate payment arrangements, please contact the Treasurer.
   • Please ensure to write full name affiliate registration in the memo/comment section of the eTransfer.
3. Upon receiving the GAARA Affiliate registration invite code (email from Registrar), register in the RAMP portal and pay the Ringette Ontario membership and insurance fees (combined total of $80)
   • Log in to the RAMP Portal: GNAAdultRingette.rampregistrations.com  (you will need to create an account if you do not have one)
   • Under “Available Participants Packages” select Affiliate Player
   • Enter the Team Invite Code that was emailed to you. If you did not receive an email, contact the registrar (brigitteregistrar@gmail.com)
   • Choose Account Member to Register
   • Choose your role (I am a Player)
   • Read and sign all waivers, consent forms, codes of conduct, etc.
   • Fill in Payment information (credit card) as you will be paying your RO Membership and insurance fees
   • Submit your registration
   • You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive an email, please ask the registrar to confirm your registration
